Im sure everyone is aware of the construction traffic and noise from our neighbors to the south. As I welcome change to the area I have concerns with our building losing some of its value. The project to the south of us has 100+ small homes. The sales office is Rosarito, I will reach out to see if we can get more information on time lines and pricing. Happy New Year
