Ring Door Bell

I worked with ring today for a few hours trying to locate our address in google. Ring uses google to locate and set up neighborhoods. Does anyone know if we have a physical address? Ring does have neighborhoods set up in Mexico City and other big cities. I have asked ring if we can't be found in a google can the app use our GPS coordinates.

If anyone knows our address including street, city, zip which could help me with this project I would greatly appreciate the help.
