Thanks for a great turn out of Full Time Residents, Part Time Residents, Investors and Maintenance Staff. Lots of very important input was given on the health of the building and corrections needed to preserve the life of the building. Many of the corrections needed with be started and finished before the end of 2018. Restoring the exterior of the building to match the grand opening with high quality materials. To address the exterior stains on the north side of the building. To address the needed up grade to the control panel of the elevator. Continue working on finding a solution to the high silica in the water. The concerns of the pool with regards to pool maintenance and heating is also going to be addressed and fixed in 2018. The importance of building safety including the locking front door, fire protection and a land line phone system will be looked at. A building budget for 2018 will be in the range of $65,000 to $100,000 to bring building back to near new condition. A meeting in March 2018 will be set to update information about the status of corrections and time lines.
